For any delivery problem, In No Case I am responsible for any damage, loss, or problem concerning shipping for any product(s) on the store.
This is out of my control. All orders are followed with a tracking number.

For shipments outside France, I recommend “Chronopost” as a carrier, which ensures much better deliverability and reliability.

Order Processing time:

I will do my best to make your cable as fast as possible, (unless there is strong demand, this may even impact parts that are in stock) but quality first!

For custom cables: 6-10 days maximum.
Stock parts (DIY Kit & Parts): 1-2 days.

Are there any shipping costs ?

Once shipped count :

(~48h France)
(~3 to 6 days for Europe.
(~6 to 14 days for the international.

Shipping is free only on custom cables [France Only] or

100€ minimum on the entire store [FR/EU]
130€ minimum on the entire store [Rest of the world]

Return(s) :

The withdrawal period is 14 days, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For the return of the parcel, please ensure that it is returned in its original box (or a packaging with similar dimensions), and mark your order number on a piece of paper then place it inside the parcel. (at your own cost)

Repair/Exchange:

For any solder issues i am able to offer you a replacement on a defective item. (Return at your own cost).
Once i have received and inspected the returned item i will let you know by email, allow about 1-2 week(s) for a repair/exchange.

Warranty:

All custom cables are guaranteed for 1 year which include soldering problem only, shipping costs will be paid by me for the return and shipment to your home.
(If the cable is still under warranty)

Not covered by the warranty : any physical problem, manipulation caused by the user: (stretching coils, scratching on heatshrink, or other manipulations that could damage the cable).
