Return :

The withdrawal period is 14 days, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For the return of the parcel, please ensure that it is returned in its original box (or a packaging with similar dimensions), and mark your order number on a piece of paper then place it inside the parcel . (at your expense)

Here are the products that cannot be returned if you change your mind:

• Custom USB cables
• Products cut to length
• Services

(Because these are handmade products)

If you received a damaged or non-functional cable, please email me including one or more photo(s) of the cable and your order number via my email address only : frelahar.business@cableshero.com

If upon receipt of your cable there is a problem, you have up to 14 days to send it back (after that it is no longer possible.)

Each cable is photographed before sending. Which means that if the coil has been stretched (beyond a few centimeters) or other visual issues when received that do not match the photo before sending,

I will not be able to take care about the return of the cable.

Exchange or Refund (optional):

I am able to offer you a replacement or a refund on a defective item, lost in transport or damaged, specify your choice in your email.

Warranty:

All custom cables are guaranteed for 1 year, which include soldering problem only.

Not covered by the warranty : any physical problem, manipulation caused by the user: (stretching coils, scratching on heatshrink, or other manipulations that could damage the cable).

Refund :

Once I have received and inspected the returned item I will let you know by email. Allow about 2-4 days for the refund to your bank account, and 1 week for an exchange.
