This Website is operated “Cables Hero”. By visiting this site and/or purchasing any of my products, you are engaging and agree all my “Terms and Conditions”, including any additional terms, conditions and policies referenced herein and/or hyperlinked there to. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of this site. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using my website. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you should not access to the website or use the services offered on it.
ARTICLE 1 – PRICES
All prices of products on the site include taxes and may be changed without notice.
Depending on the country of shipment, some products may be subject to customs duties.
(In no event will I be liable for any additional charges you may incur as a result of placing an order with Cables Hero.)
ARTICLE 2 – PURCHASES ON THE STORE
Any purchase for a custom cable on the store cannot be cancelled/modified once the order is placed because it is a handmade product.
For any delivery issues, In No Case I am responsible for any damage, loss, or problem regarding shipping for any products in the store.
This is out of my control. All orders are followed with a tracking number.
For International shipping I recommend “Chronopost” as a carrier, which ensures a better deliverability and reliability.
For “Services stuff” i may reuse the same packaging that you sent me for a reshipment to you.
For any purchase of product / service on the store you will be asked to provide some information about your purchase (eg: name, address, email, phone number)
These personal informations will only be used to process your orders.
These informations are confidential and will only be saved by my company, Hostinger, and the chosen payment provider.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT RETURNS / COMFORMITIES
Some products may be subject to return or exchange in accordance with my Return Policy.
Only services are not concerned by the return system. (For more details, please see my ”Refund and Return Policy”)
I do my best to display as clearly as possible the colors and images of my products that appear on my store. I cannot guarantee that the display of colors by your computer screen will be accurate. I reserve the right to stop offering a service or product at any time. Note: Custom cables are in 2.0 (no refund is possible if your device needs a 3.0 cable to be powered)
Lengh:
All custom cables are handmade, which means that a slight difference in size may be possible, of course I do my best to be as accurate as possible!
ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY & ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Delivery times in France are on average 48 hours after shipping, (next day with Chronopost)
– 3 to 6 days for Europe. (1 to 3 days with Chronopost)
– 6 to 14 days for the international. (2 to 6 days with Chronopost)
ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
I will do my best to make your cable as fast as possible,
(unless there is strong demand, this may even impact parts that are in stock) but quality first!
- For custom cables: 6-10 days maximum.
- Stock parts (DIY Kit & Parts): 1-2 days.
ARTICLE 5 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
I reserve the right to change the content of this site at any time, but i have no obligation to update the information on my site.
You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to my site.
ARTICLE 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
I reserve the right to refuse any order you place with me. I may, at my sole discretion, reduce or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
These restrictions may include orders placed by or from the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that I change an order or cancel an order, I may attempt to notify you by contacting you at the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was placed. I reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in my sole judgment, may appear to be from merchants, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate order and account information for all orders placed on my store.
